Effect of in-Class Activities Based on Vocabulary Learning Strategies on Saudi EFL Learners’ Achievement and Perspectives

Current pretest-posttest Classroom Action Research (CAR) attempted to examine the effect of in-class activities based on VLSs vocabulary achievement and their perspectives using them. The research sample consisted 43 female Saudi EFL students in Community College at Taibah University. Participants were assigned an experimental group (N=23) a control (N=20). Data collected via five instruments: test, three subskills quizzes, final course exam, questionnaire, reflection cards. Results showed that enhanced learning VAT, scores sub-skills quizzes. also revealed positive toward implementing activities. These results suggested different significantly affected students' achievement.
